Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious and luxurious bathroom with double hand basins. Nice pool area with a bar in the gardens. Convenient timetable for the bus to Segovia center, allowing for late exploration. Parking was ample and easy to find.

The room was comfortable with a luxurious, spacious bathroom. Free parking was convenient and the continental breakfast had plenty of choices. The garden bar near the pool was a pleasant spot for evening drinks. Nice view of hot air balloons from the window.

our recent stay in segovia was lovely and puerta de made it even better. the clean lobby, friendly staff, and good water pressure in the bathroom were highlights. perfect for our road trip stopover.

The spacious rooms and exceptional bathrooms at Puerta De made our stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable once we removed the plastic mattress cover. Additionally, the hotel's location near the intriguing city of Old Segovia was a bonus for exploring. I would recommend this hotel.

Although a bit dated, the hotel had some highlights. The room was spacious and the bathroom was exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, just outside the city center, and it offered free parking, which saved us a lot of hassle. Additionally, the house wine was quite good.

There were a few things that were a letdown. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the noise from other guests quite easily.
