We had a convenient stay at a decent hotel before heading to our resort. The staff at Occidental were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great for us and our kids. The pool was clean and there was a lifeguard for safety. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. we enjoyed our time at Occidental Puerto Banus.

Had a lovely time over xmas, the complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival were a fantastic touch! The hotel is located in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short walk to the main shopping area. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely the best aspects of our stay, offering amazing views and a great place to relax.

I stayed at Occidental Puerto Banus for an Ironman 70.3 race. The location was excellent for this purpose. My room was HUGE and had all the necessary amenities, perfect for storing my bike. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice and fresh. a great experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included a variety of delicious options like churros and crepes - the perfect way to start the day.
