It was just a short walk to tram stops and metro stops, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved being close to the famous traditional market and the stunning Cathedral. The breakfast provided was great, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and delicious spreads. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or issues.

I had a great time at Quartier! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city center. The newly renovated building had a lovely atmosphere, and the common space was well-designed and comfortable. The individual lockers in the rooms were a nice touch. Despite the noise from the street, the rooms were clean and functional. The staff was understanding and competent, always ready to help. I would highly recommend Quartier for a pleasant stay in Bilbao.

the reception staff at Quartier were incredibly helpful and friendly. the new bathrooms were clean and the downstairs social area was a nice place to relax. the beds were comfortable and equipped with plenty of plugs for charging devices. the clean sheets were a nice touch. the location of the hostel was perfect, with lots of interesting places to explore in the old town.

I got great value for my money at Quartier in Bilbao. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was unbeatable in the old town. The staff, especially Jose, were incredibly helpful and made me feel safe and comfortable.

The common space was comfortable and the rooms were functional, with individual lockers and lights. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attention to detail, like providing clean blankets and pillowcases.

The area of Casco Viejo is fantastic, especially during the Aste Nagusia festival. The hostel itself is comfortable with a relaxing lobby area.

I had a fantastic stay at Quartier - the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. Being right in the heart of the old city center made it easy to explore restaurants, the Guggenheim museum, and the railway station. the hostel also had a great community space and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. the small details, like having plugs and separate lights in the bunks, and providing locks for the cabinets, really enhanced my experience. Plus, their thoughtful availability of purchasing other food and drinks was a nice touch.
