I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby Roca factory on the edge of the industrial estate. The staff provided top-notch service, from the room service to the car hire options. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and secure stay. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and telephone added convenience and entertainment options. The dining experience was exceptional, with a restaurant, bar and lounge area, and a snack bar offering a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

During our recent stay at Pcm Forum Alcala, we were delighted with the excellent facilities and the convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful center of Alcala. The hotel itself was modern and well-designed, and our spacious room was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a large bathtub that had a jacuzzi function. We also had the luxury of a big terrace with stunning views of the mountains behind Alcala.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast, although we wished there were more options for fresh vegetables. The staff at the reception were helpful and accommodating, assisting us with any needs we had.

The hotel's location was great, as it was situated in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was also a convenient supermarket nearby. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. We particularly loved the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

The distance from the city center, which made it difficult for us to explore the city without taking a taxi. We also felt that the hotel could have provided more toiletries in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to travel to Barajas airport or the Alcalá de Henares center. The rooms are modern and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and a desk for work. The breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including tasty coffee. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, providing assistance at any time. There is also a supermarket located just a minute away, allowing for easy access to groceries.

The communication with the reception staff can be difficult due to language barriers, as they don't speak English very well.
