the staff at Rafaelhoteles was incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke English and even held our luggage for us while we traveled to Barcelona. the room was spacious and cleaned daily, with a comfortable bed. Despite being on a busy street, once the window was closed, we couldn't hear much noise from outside. the breakfast served was delicious, and the metro station was just a minute's walk away, making it convenient to explore the city.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the good buffet breakfast that had a variety of dishes. the hotel was located in a great position with plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

the room was uncomfortably hot on arrival and we were informed that there was no air conditioning due to it being winter season. the only alternative we were given was to open the windows, which made the room incredibly noisy.

Excellent location near the bullring and metro, spacious and clean room with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Specific situation: I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a bar or a proper place to buy refreshments, and the in-room amenities were lacking. I had a good stay at Rafaelhoteles.
