The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the commercial district and within walking distance of the old part of the city, where you can find lots of high street shops. The rooms are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. The reception staff is helpful and friendly, providing useful information about parking and directions.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a fabulous location with a stunning view of the River Segre. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the river, allowing for stunning views from the rooms. Its location in the city centre is ideal, providing easy access to the commercial district and a variety of shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great added bonus and offered a good variety of options.

The hotel had a fantastic panoramic terrace, perfect for taking in the lovely views. The public parking lot conveniently located just outside the entrance was a real treat. Dining at Gourmet El Real was a delightful experience.

Great location near the river, shopping streets and famous landmarks. Free Wi-Fi was available and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom was modern and clean, with a good shower. There was a nice view from the balcony and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lack of English TV channels and the absence of a coffee machine or hot water pot in the room. there was an incident with uncleanliness which was not handled properly by the staff.

This hotel is located right in the centre of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. It is close to all the main attractions, as well as being near the commercial district and the river. It is also easy to find and offers secure underground parking just a few steps away.

There were a few instances where the rooms had a slight smell, although it quickly dissipated and didn't affect the overall stay.

the bathroom was large and had a great shower with both hand-held and rain options. There were two sinks and plenty of counter space. the double bed was surprisingly comfortable. Traveling with my family of four, they also had a big and comfortable room. We all loved it and would book again. the room was clean and had extra amenities like a closet, extra pillows, a safe, and adjustable air conditioning.
