Nice and pleasant bedroom with comfortable bed, big closet, balcony, and lots of light. Excellent front desk staff and spotless hotel. Convenient garage just across the street. Perfect location for visiting Pontevedra, shops, and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was great to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and historic sights within a few minutes. Plus, having parking available was a major convenience, even though it was a bit tricky for our big car. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a charming and inviting atmosphere.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not the best. We had trouble sleeping both nights due to the loud doors and noise from neighboring rooms.

She ensured I could check-in early and even arranged for me to stay an extra night in the same room when I wasn't feeling well. Carla truly made me feel looked after and exceeded my expectations. the location of the hotel is also excellent, right in the heart of Pontevedra, and they offer convenient parking for an additional fee. the hotel is clean and while it may have some rough edges, it is exactly what you would expect from a 3-star establishment.
