I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Benidorm and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, just a short walk away from the bars and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the cleaners to the management, they made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, better than some 4-star hotels I've been to before. There was a great variety to choose from and something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be going back again.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is great, with a lounge bar and a pub showing sports, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some drinks. It's also just a short walk to Levante beach and close to Rio Park, where I stayed in September. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the hotel was stunning. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the free Wi-Fi and safe in the room. a wonderful experience!

The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also had great facilities, such as happy hour and entertainment options.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as I could occasionally hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

i had a fantastic weekend in benidorm and the hotel exceeded my expectations. medplaya hotel was brilliant for families and couples, with well-equipped rooms and comfy beds. the staff were very helpful and the food choices were great. the entertainment and atmosphere were top-notch. well worth a visit!

Shower let me down, no door.

Spent the New Year Vacation in this hotel and it was OK. the food options were good and the location was decent, right by the beach. the view of the city light at night was also amazing.

But the worst aspect was the cleanliness, the room wasn't entirely clean, the shower and the sink were congested, and it stank. the staff was inattentive and arguments were tough to initiate because they were indifferent to feedback.

The staff were helpful and Marie Carmen at reception was lovely. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for beach walks. The room had all necessary amenities.

The rooms on the higher floors were surprisingly modern and well-renovated. the variety of food options in the restaurant was impressive, with a good range of choices including vegetarian options. the prices of the drinks were reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

It was difficult to time when the best moment would be to use them, and I can't imagine how chaotic it gets during peak season. the buffet setup could have been better organized, with the buffet tables being a bit random and not well thought through.
