We had an amazing stay at a luxurious and spacious suite at Royal Hideaway. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. the whole hotel was sparkling clean and the food in both the breakfast area and the hotel restaurants was delicious. the location of the hotel was perfect, away from the crowded tourist areas but still within walking distance. We loved the space, the beaches, and everything about our stay. Highly recommended for a perfect family vacation! We will definitely be coming back.

I was amazed by the beautiful architecture and attention to detail at the hotel. The reception built inside a cave was a unique touch. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced, with a wide variety of options including different types of milk and smoothies. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, with breathtaking views of the sea and a large terrace. The beach was just a short walk away and the location was perfect. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback I encountered was the pool not opening until 9.30am, which I felt was a bit late. Additionally, it would have been nice to have an earlier opening time for families with children.

The hotel is located in a great area with amazing views and plenty of great restaurants. One standout experience is dining at the 1-star Michelin restaurant. The hotel offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere without all the noise and commotion usually found in similar locations. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with luxurious amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious and the staff provides excellent service. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially overlooking the old, melted lava rock.

Prices are relatively high, but that's to be expected for a luxurious hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and surrounded by some lovely local restaurants. They also had a good selection of food options during the holiday season. the room was cozy and comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at Royal! The value for money was outstanding and our room was spacious and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The hotel is located a little outside of the town center, but it's worth it. The promenade nearby is perfect for a stroll all the way to Playa de las Americas. The breakfast is amazing, and the restaurants on site are excellent, especially the one with a Michelin star. The suite is spacious and luxurious, and the housekeeping service is top-notch. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The check-in process can be a bit slow at times.

Our needs were quickly attended to, and we were taken to our amazing suite which came with exclusive amenities. the Spa & Wellness Centre was just what we needed to relax, with its sauna, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the location was perfect, with beach access just a short walk away. We enjoyed every moment and would recommend this hotel to any adult seeking peace and tranquillity.
