the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service from the airport at a very reasonable price, which saved us from the long taxi queue. the receptionist was friendly and even made us a sandwich late at night when we were hungry after a long journey. the room was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. the hotel had fun amenities like a zip line and basketball court which my daughter enjoyed.

As we were walking the Camino de Santiago, we were expecting laundry service or at least an alternative at the hotel, but unfortunately, they did not offer it. the dining room had a strange layout and during lunch, we had to walk through a large dinner party to exit.

As a traveler on the Camino Frances, I stayed at this dog-friendly accommodation in Lavacolla for my last day before arriving in Santiago. With clean beds and bathrooms, it had a comfortable "business hotel" feel. The dinner was delicious with large portions, allowing us to take leftovers for our furry friend. The staff was exceptional and helpful, even assisting with language barriers. The free shuttle from the airport was a great bonus, and the restaurant's food and desserts were a highlight of our stay. All in all, a 10/10 for my fur baby.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which was great for our early morning flight. the shuttle service was free and reliable. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and fluffy towels. the breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals, and we were especially pleased to have complimentary tea and coffee available all day long. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed their recommendations for local restaurants.

We found the walls to be quite thin, and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms throughout the night. the air conditioning was also quite loud and struggled to keep the room cool on a hot day.
