Fantastic location in the heart of the Pyrenees, just a short walk from the village with its shops and restaurants. Loved the convenience of the free underground parking for our motorcycles. The staff was efficient, friendly, and multi-lingual, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel room had a warm and spacious Spanish feel, complete with a settee and mini fridge. The breakfast and dinner were well-organized, with plenty of delicious food options. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Betren.

The check-in staff were very helpful, providing useful information about the town and offering free garage parking for our motorbike. The hotel is spacious and clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is a great bonus, perfect after a long day of hiking or on rainy days. The hotel also has its own park site, which is helpful during busy times.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated on the outskirts of Betren on the main road to Baqueria. It was so convenient to access the slopes for skiing and hiking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with room service, bell staff/porter, and tours/ticket assistance available. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved the cozy sitting area and the terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I felt pampered during my entire stay.
