I was amazed by the superb design and re-imagination of space at the hotel. The transformation from a dilapidated family home to a luxurious 5-star hotel was truly impressive. The modern, understated luxury in the interior design and furnishings created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed with modern accessories like USB ports by the bedside, making it convenient for charging devices. The bathrooms were considerately designed and had good water pressure. I appreciated the hotel's attention to preserving the history of the building while providing a unique and high-quality guest experience. The courtyard and pool deck areas on the ground level were also first-class and perfect for relaxation.

This hotel is in the center of Palma's old town, on a hidden square opposite a beautiful 12th-century church. The rooms are fabulous, with comfortable beds and stunning painted ceilings. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking care of every detail. The breakfast is delicious, served on a stunning terrace. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking views of the city.

The gym is small and could use more equipment.

Arriving at this hotel was breathtaking. The elegant and modern decor, along with the well-trained staff, made me feel catered to and spoiled. I was thrilled to lounge at the rooftop pool and savor the brilliant food offered by the innovative restaurant. My expectations of luxurious amenities were not only met but also exceeded in every way possible. The exceptional service, personalized facilities, and location advantages all contributed to an impeccable experience.

My only downside was with the check-in, which was quite slow, and the reception staff was not as flexible as I expected. Despite being a repeat guest, the staff gave me only half an hour of extra late check-out time.

The hotel’s location was perfect, as it was situated within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and the service was excellent.

The pool was not very large and could get dirty due to birds using it. It was also a bit cold to go in during our stay.

Above and Beyond!!! The front desk staff at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular went above and beyond to help us when our luggage was lost by the airline. They tracked it down and quietly placed it in our room. The location is also great, just a short walk to the city center attractions. I'll recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.
