The hotel had excellent facilities for cyclists, including secure bike storage and a bike shop. The optional extras like the swimming pool and spa were reasonably priced and added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach, main town, and bus stops for easy transportation. The breakfast provided at the hotel was great, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

I had a marvelous stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the outskirts of the city but still just a short walk to the beach and amenities. The staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. Silva, the receptionist, was particularly helpful and even welcomed me with a glass of champagne. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a sauna, a swimming pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the service and amenities provided enhanced my comfort and made my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, staff, and amenities were all exceptional, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing short break.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk downhill to Lloret de Mar's last stop bus station, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. there are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance down the hill, offering plenty of convenience for guests.

Some guests have mentioned that there were very little shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which may be disappointing for those looking for a wider range of options.

Location and staff were great. the proximity to the beach and restaurants was key, making it easy to find a great meal or drinks nearby. the room included a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the area. Plus, the in-room amenities were great and added a nice touch to the stay.

The food was poor and constantly cold, making it impossible to enjoy the meals on offer. the entertainment felt lacking and outdated, failing to deliver on the promise of a fun New Year's celebration.

A refreshing glass of water with different flavors greeted us upon arrival. The early check-in at 1pm was greatly appreciated. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated with flower petals and a note for our anniversary. We were surprised with a bottle of cava in our room. The breakfast by the pool was excellent, with a variety of bread, coffee, omelets, eggs, fruits. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
