I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center, where I could visit the Cathedral, Alcazar, and enjoy delicious restaurants. The neighborhood was fantastic, with a nice atmosphere and a feeling of safety. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful patio where I could have a delicious breakfast. The staff was really nice and attentive, making me feel welcomed during my stay.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear the noise from the atrium, which was a bit disruptive in the morning. the room was a bit chilly during the winter months, but luckily there was a good heater to keep us warm.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance to all the major attractions and there were fantastic tapas bars nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable with multiple pillows and the room had good air conditioning. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax with tea making facilities and there were delicious cakes available at the tea stand. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One thing that would have been nice is if there was a full-length mirror in the bedroom. Additionally, there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang our bath towels on.
