We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfy, including the pillows which we always have a problem with when away from home. The hotel facilities were great, especially the underground parking which we had pre-booked. It was easy to get to the city center, only a 10-minute walk away. The transportation options were convenient as well, with public transport close by. In terms of cleanliness, the room was quiet and clean. The keycard system was a nice touch, activating the lights and air conditioning when inserted into the slot just inside the door. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and happy to talk to us.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the town area. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Ruben who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Another advantage was the clean and comfortable rooms with a view of the mountains across the city.

The only downside was that the pool was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy on a hot day. Additionally, the bathroom could use an upgrade as it appeared well used.
