Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sercotel in Alcoy, albeit for just one night. The room was spacious and immaculate, complete with a comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom with top-notch toiletries. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of sweet and savory options. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the local scene. Great value for money - definitely recommended!

Spent a lovely Xmas in a hotel nearby the Alicante mountains. the rocking view of the valley and the city from the room was stunning. the hotel's service was fabulous with very attentive personnel. We enjoyed fresh fruits for breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the interior design. the hotel's location is a plus, right at the heart of the charming town, and with easy access to nearby towns in the mountains.

The heating system in the room seemed a bit complicated to operate and it caused mixed feelings. the walls and windows were not well isolated, which let in some cold during the chilly, high-altitude winter mornings.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring and finding great restaurants. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, giving us excellent recommendations for lunch and providing top-notch service at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The hotel also had a great restaurant on-site, with a creative menu and delicious food. We stayed at a hotel in a nice area with an excellent in-house restaurant. The location was near downtown and we enjoyed exploring the area. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The staff were helpful and provided us with local information. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juice, coffee, breads, and cheeses. The hotel also had secure parking and a good internet connection. We also had a lovely view from our room of the surrounding area. the hotel had great facilities and advantages.

We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk into town and the nearby shopping centre. the breakfast was superb with an extensive choice of delicious food. the rooms were stylish and contemporary, and the staff were lovely. we highly recommend staying at this welcoming hotel.
