Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sercotel in Alcoy, albeit for just one night. The room was spacious and immaculate, complete with a comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom with top-notch toiletries. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of sweet and savory options. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the local scene. Great value for money - definitely recommended!

Spent a lovely Xmas in a hotel nearby the Alicante mountains. The rocking view of the valley and the city from the room was stunning. The hotel's service was fabulous with very attentive personnel. We enjoyed fresh fruits for breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the interior design. The hotel's location is a plus, right at the heart of the charming town, and with easy access to nearby towns in the mountains.

The heating system in the room seemed a bit complicated to operate and it caused mixed feelings. , the walls and windows were not well isolated, which let in some cold during the chilly, high-altitude winter mornings.

The hotel also had secure parking and a good internet connection. We also had a lovely view from our room of the surrounding area. the hotel had great facilities and advantages.
