They even let me check in early and offered to hold my luggage after check-out so I could explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with recently renovated bathrooms. The hotel's private terrace was beautiful, with both sunny and shaded areas, and a large screen TV. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and I was even offered a late checkout option for a small fee.

They even allowed us to park our car in their garage before check-in. the hotel's location was great, being just a few minutes away from the main street. the breakfast served was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The discounts they offered were okay. the location was great, near everything - really convenient. Plus, there were lots of complementary maps and brochures that helped in planning our day trips.

The breakfast price was high, for only one kind of food and drink. there were no coffee machines in the rooms.

My room at Sercotel was sparkling clean and well designed. The quiet atmosphere allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the Old Town. The complimentary afternoon drinks were a lovely touch. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

the location was quiet and nice, and we loved being close to Casco Viejho and the Guggenheim. the room was spacious, well-lit, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. the staff, especially Elsa at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful in providing advice and making arrangements for us to explore the city. the breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were a bit too "wet.

It is close to El Cortes Ingles and the main shopping areas, as well as being a short walk from the bridge and the Old Town.
