Great value for the money, with comfortable and cozy rooms in a prime location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the views from the breakfast room were amazing. The wifi was also reliable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sercotel in Salamanca. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and nice toiletries provided. The bed was comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure I had everything I needed. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with competitive prices. The staff is helpful, providing guidance and assistance during our stay. The location in the historic center, within a pedestrian area, is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with all the essentials, and some even offer a view of the Plaza Mayor.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

We appreciated the complementary breakfast that had various options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel was situated in a prime location close to the heart of the city, making it a breeze to hop from attraction to attraction. Another perk was the convenience of having several shops and restaurants in the area.

The staff seemed to be understaffed and unable to keep up with the bustling crowds. the towels were old and threadbare, and the bathroom amenities left much to be desired.

We stayed at a refurbished, modern hotel adjacent to the Plaza with a tiny park across the street. the room in our suite was comfortable and well-appointed, with a large bed and two bunk beds. the bathroom was spacious and had a huge tub. the staff was efficient and pleasant, and they even provided a pet bed and bowl for our dog. We also enjoyed the convenient location near cafes, a bakery, and a Starbucks. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at this centrally located hotel. the staff at Sercotel were exceptional, always there with a smile and ready to assist. the beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. the breakfast options were plentiful, especially the delicious coffee from the machine. We also appreciated the cold breakfast options, which were much better than the hot ones. Despite the slight wear and dated decor in the room and bathroom, it didn't affect our enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at a comfortable hotel in the heart of Salamanca. Our dog was warmly welcomed and they even provided pet amenities. the location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the main square. the hotel was modern, well-appointed, and had friendly staff. Parking was secure, although a bit tricky to find. a great experience at Sercotel Las Torres.
