Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the city center. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was its proximity to the city's park, where I enjoyed relaxing and strolling around. The hotel itself provided top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-fridge. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

our recent stay in albacete was amazing. sercotel really impressed us this time. the location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful park. the room was so comfortable and clean. the bathroom was modern and well-stocked. the staff at the hotel were friendly and the wifi worked well. great value for money!

Air con didn't work.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room, easy-to-use air-con, and a central location in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection or some local specialties to truly enhance the dining experience.

The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and all smiles, ready to assist with anything. The rooms were spacious and clean with a modern bathroom. I appreciated the variety of toiletries available in the bathroom, and the fact that the wifi worked flawlessly during our whole stay.

The only downside I noticed during our stay was that the breakfast was a bit pricey, considering the nearby cafes offered cheaper and equally delicious options. the lack of easy access to power outlets in the room made charging our devices a bit challenging.

Loved the spacious lounge, flooded with natural light! The hotel had all the services I needed, including a bar and a money exchange, and the rooms were comfortable. Perfect for my stay.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of carrying my luggage "around the block" to check-in. Such a fun workout!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends. We were thrilled to find out that it was just across the road from a lovely park. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for us to explore the shops, bars, and restaurants in the area. We definitely appreciated the proximity to the park and the city center.

We were disappointed to discover that there was no direct access to the hotel from the garage. It was quite inconvenient to have to walk "around the block" to check-in and out, especially when we had luggage to carry.
