Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed studio room at Suites Viena. The kitchenette was a bonus and had all the necessary amenities. The modern and clean bathroom was a plus. The location was great, with easy access to the metro station and attractions like Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace. The staff, especially Ana, were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, value, and location.

It is also a short walk from the nearest tourist bus stop, allowing for easy transportation around the city. the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, ensuring a peaceful stay away from the bustling city center.

The room lacked outdoor space or the ability to open windows, limiting the fresh air circulation in the room.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with daily sheet changes. The hotel is close to a metro station, providing easy access to transport links.

The room lacked some kitchen supplies, such as a toaster or tea/coffee, and the cleaning staff may not clean the room thoroughly if the guest is inside.

The breakfast was delicious and complimentary. the location was spot on, very close to the main attractions, and yet tucked away in a quiet area. the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I wish there was an onsite restaurant and the street noise was quite noticeable during the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to the Royal Palace and even as far as the Prado. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
