Great location, close to train station and within walking distance of the ocean. Staff were nice and helpful, especially the guy at the reception. - Had wifi and air conditioning in the room, which was a plus.

Asked for a room on a lower floor but was placed on the 3rd floor. Bathroom was wet every night, which was dangerous for elderly guests.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Benalmadena and had a great experience. the hotel, Serramar, was centrally located and close to all amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and an ensuite bathroom. a fantastic stay.

The hotel was situated in a great location, really close to all the shops and restaurants. they had a really good breakfast selection and the staff were always very welcoming and helpful. the room was also quite clean and tidy.

Our experience at the hotel was not great. there was no air conditioning in the room and it was extremely hot, even though it was winter.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a convenient location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the room was well-organized, elegant, and clean. I availed myself of some exclusive private facilities, which were up to my expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, taking care of every need and request promptly.

The only minor issue was the lack of a kettle in the common kitchen to make tea or coffee. I had to use the microwave to heat up water, which was inconvenient.

We had a great stay at Serramar in the heart of Benalmadena. The staff were friendly and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The daily linen change and quiet nights made our stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location had supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes within a short walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the dead center of the town. The location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance to the coastal resort. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great kitchen area that provided free coffee and a large fridge. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, with fresh linen and towels changed daily. Additionally, the staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, making my stay even more enjoyable.
