amazing stay in puerto rico! servatur surpassed our expectations. the pool, staff, and well-equipped kitchenette were fantastic. the calm area made for a perfect relaxing vacation. the shortcut stairs were a bonus, making it easy to explore the town. wifi mostly worked, room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. the supermarket was convenient and had warm bread in the mornings. no issues!

Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a comfortable stay. Having a microwave in the room was convenient for quick snacks. The presence of a lifeguard at the pool gave us peace of mind, especially for those of us who aren't confident swimmers.

Paying for WiFi was a bit unexpected in this day and age, especially for a hotel. It would have been nice to have free access.

I recently stayed at Servatur Montebello for a last-minute trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was amazing, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I never had to worry about finding a spot by the pool, and the on-site supermarket and pool bar had great prices. it was excellent value for money!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely apartment with a clean, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The big balcony with sun loungers, table, and chairs offered a beautiful view over Puerto Rico and the sea. Privacy was maintained despite the presence of multiple apartments. The pool area was clean and the daily cleaning staff ensured a pleasant experience. A small supermarket in the building was convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station, beach, shopping center, and restaurants. The staff, including the friendly lifeguard, made the stay even better.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
