There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at SH Suite Palace! the location was ideal, right in the middle of the old town. It was easy to explore the city on foot or by bike. the top floor room we stayed in was spacious and had original roof beams, giving it a charming atmosphere. the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even offering to store our luggage after check out. Highly recommended for a few days in a prime location!

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. the breakfast was delicious and the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and understanding. We appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in at any time and leave our bags all day after check out. the location in the middle of the old town made it easy for us to explore the city on foot or by bike. the room was spacious, clean, and provided with fresh towels every 2 days. the Nespresso machine and small fridge were nice touches. a highly recommended hotel for a few days in a prime location.

I had a wonderful stay at Sh Suite Palace, located in the heart of Valencia. The clean and quiet room was perfect for my needs. The helpful and friendly staff at the reception desk were available 24/7. The location was central, yet peaceful, and the top floor room I had was spacious with charming original roof beams. a great experience at Sh Suite Palace.

During our city break, we stayed in a lovely place that was much quieter than the main hotel. We had a spacious room with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a work area. the shower and quality of the toiletries provided were impressive. We also appreciated the Nespresso coffee included in the room, which kept us going throughout the day. the hotel's central location made getting around the city a breeze, and the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful.

The only downside during our stay was that we had trouble finding the check-in location. Although we eventually found it, it would have been helpful if it had been more apparent from the start.

The room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom that possibly catered to disabled guests. It's a refreshing change from the usually tiny rooms in this city. The Nespresso machine and small fridge were great additions. The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, right next to the Old Town. It was a short 10-minute walk from the metro stop, making it easy to explore the city and reach the airport. There were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area, and many sightseeing locations were within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the reception staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags all day after check-out.

The location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable. It is situated right in the heart of the city, next to the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the sights and attractions on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels provided every two days. the friendly and helpful staff at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of a "do not disturb" sign in the room was a slight inconvenience. It would have been helpful to have this feature, especially on the day of check-out, when we were awakened by housekeeping knocking on our door early in the morning.
