I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Fuerteventura. The level of service from the staff at Sheraton was excellent. They were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, including free wifi. The spacious rooms offered beautiful views and nice finishing touches like toiletries and coffee/tea. The bathrooms were huge with a full-size bathtub, walk-in shower, and separate twin sinks. The outside pool area was stunning, with heated pools and a separate kids pool. The hotel also had activities like aqua aerobics and archery. The location was great, with direct access to the beach and a short walk to the town center.

The location of the hotel on the breakwater was perfect, offering stunning views while enjoying a coffee or sangria. The waiters were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. We also loved the live singers performing most nights from 9:30pm, creating a lively atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, catering to all tastes. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and Thalassotherapy spa, were top-notch, providing a range of options for relaxation and wellness.

We did notice that despite the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, some guests disregarded the pool rules and reserved loungers and umbrellas with their towels, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool at times.

Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with large balconies and good views. The pools are nice and there is good outside space to relax in. The breakfast was varied and included good quality products.

The staff was short staffed and not always friendly or helpful. The beach is not private and you have to pay 10 euro per bed on it.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The luxurious amenities provided me with an unforgettable stay. The entertainment was outstanding, with pianists and modern songs, and the multiple pools offered hours of enjoyable swimming. The Spa and wellness center was exceeding my expectations, with a wide range of massages and treatments that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. The bar/lounge area had an excellent variety of drinks and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious meals with a great range of international dishes. The garden area was well-kept with stunning beach access and breathtaking sea views. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shopping and restaurants.

My only small issue was the indoor swimming pool was not heated to my liking.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Fuerteventura for a week-long family vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The children's club was fantastic, keeping our 10-year-old entertained throughout our stay. The beach, just steps from the hotel, was clean and had an abundance of sun beds. Our room was amazing - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The balcony with a sea view was a highlight, providing a beautiful space to relax any time of the day. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff, particularly Filipa at the reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's entertainment, including live music in the piano bar, kept us entertained in the evenings. The pool area was relaxing and fun, and we loved the easy access to the beach for walks and swims. it was a wonderful experience.

This hotel has it all! The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the shopping mall and local restaurants, and with direct access to a beautiful safe sandy beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was top-notch. The staff, especially David and Ornar, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and restaurant, were clean and well-maintained. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was the best meal of the day!

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton in Fuerteventura. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the beautiful gardens showcased the care and effort of the gardeners. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The variety of food options, especially in the Asian and Veranda restaurants, was delicious. The spa facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Despite a cancelled flight, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities, including a lovely pool area and right opposite a nice sandy beach. Large rooms with big bathrooms and plenty of toiletries. Staff and service were outstanding, always going above and beyond. The food in El Faro restaurant was really good and value for money. The hotel grounds and gardens were immaculate, with plenty of sporting activities and daily exercise options. The location, right on the beach, was perfect for relaxing walks and swims. The hotel had a kids' club that was open even in the off-season and provided a great experience for young children. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. There were also music and games for both adults and children in the evening. Access to the town for dinner was easy via a beach walk or a short taxi ride.

our stay at sheraton was even better than our previous visit in caleta de fuste! the hotel exceeded our expectations with great service, spacious rooms, and a fantastic christmas dinner for the kids. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making it a perfect stay for families with kids.
