We had a lovely stay at the hotel. the staff at Sheraton were amazing - friendly, welcoming, and attentive. the room was modern, spacious, and clean. the pool area was beautifully landscaped with plenty of sun loungers, and there were different pools for both kids and adults. the breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the golf course was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the hotel also had a kids' club that kept our children entertained throughout the day. it was the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience.

Occasionally, the service around the kids' pool and in the hotel restaurant can be a bit slow.

the exclusive amenities and excellent service fulfilled all our needs. the spa and wellness centre with its body wraps, massages, and beauty treatments was exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the bar/lounge area offered great drinks and snacks. the location advantages were ideal, overlooking Palma de Mallorca.

Although overall our experience was fantastic, we encountered a minor issue with the indoor swimming pool being a little too cold. the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem and provided towels as well as use of the sauna and steam room nearby.

Great Easter weekend getaway! Loved the stunning pool and immaculate golf course. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Location was key; close to taxis and not far from the city center.

The building felt a bit dated and worn in some parts of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton in Palma. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the quiet atmosphere. The hotel offers five-star service and the food options were excellent. The golf shuttle was convenient and I enjoyed playing at the nearby course. The staff, especially Francisco in the bar, made me feel welcome and always had a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel.
