We had a great stay at the hotel. the staff at check-in were friendly, and the service at the Piano Bar was excellent. the hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk from the city center and major attractions. the facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bar open in the evenings and a cafe open throughout the day. Our double room was spacious and clean. the hotel staff were professional and courteous. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Silken Ciudad De Vitoria.

We particularly enjoyed strolling along the pedestrian promenade to Armentia. The customer service was poor, with staff failing to meet expectations on multiple occasions. the heating system was difficult to operate, causing frustration during the chilly nights.

I recently stayed at Silken Ciudad De Vitoria for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring central Vitoria on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the unique design of the hotel, with its floor to ceiling atrium and indoor garden on the first floor. The restaurant had an excellent menu, and the secure parking was a great feature. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant bar with reasonably priced red wines. Superb desk staff provided a refund when our plans changed. Excellent buffet breakfast served by a professional team. Lovely Art Deco style and comfortable rooms. No dislikes.
