Great Value For Money: We stayed at this hotel over New Year and it was definitely a great value for the price we paid. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access, and it is also within walking distance of the main town center and the harbor. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

Not very pretty surroundings: The location of the hotel, while convenient, was not very picturesque. It faced the train station, and although there was no noise disturbance, it wasn't the most attractive view.

The spa facilities were not up to par, with cold temperatures and the requirement to pay for towels.

The room at Silken Ciudad was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We were pleased with the free internet access, making it convenient to stay connected. Despite the limited number of devices allowed, it was still a minor issue. The hotel's location, near the train station, offered easy access for exploring the area. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside the main train station and not far from the center, making it extremely convenient to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, from the soundproofed rooms to the in-room safe. The staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service, especially the waiter who gave me great tips for sightseeing. The secure parking was a big plus, and overall, my stay here was fabulous.

Had a great Easter break in a new and clean hotel. the breakfast was delicious with high quality food. the spa service was included in the room rate which was a huge bonus. the room size was good and there was enough space for all of us. We enjoyed the secure parking and the free internet offered by the hotel.

The location of the hotel made it a bit far from the city center, about a 10-15 minute walk. the surroundings were not attractive and overlooked a car park and busy roads that made it a little noisy.
