easy access to parks and attractions for delightful strolls

staying here was a joy as it’s just a short metro ride to major spots like Gran Via and the stunning El Retiro Park. Exploring the unique design of each floor made our stay feel truly special. everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were super helpful throughout our trip.

the room was clearly in need of refurbishment, which was sooooo disappointing, and let's not forget the staff at breakfast who acted like they were doing us a favor by serving food. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but absolutely nothing. not sure how this hotel is 5 stars.

The stay was a blend of unique design and comfort. At the bar on the last floor, I ordered a whisky. The barman misinterpreted my request, serving a full portion instead of a half. I was charged more, which I expected would not happen here. For a European traveler who enjoys road trips, it was an unexpected end to my visit. If you stay, check your bar orders.

This place was a proper fit for a weekend vacation in Madrid with good price value. The rooftop bar had a great vibe and was perfect for unwinding after a day out. Try to get a room on the Zaha Hadid floor for an awesome design experience!
