Our stay at Hotel Puerta America was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was convenient, with a Metro station just a minute away. The staff treated us with kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay.

I had a truly memorable stay at a hotel in Madrid. The room I stayed in was exactly like the pictures, and the bathroom was simply beautiful. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant on-site - the food and drinks exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my time here.

Despite these wonderful aspects, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. The shower on the eighth floor had only a curtain separating it from the main room, which may not be suitable for some individuals.
