The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel and apartments were modern and clean, providing a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. Additionally, the location was great, allowing us to explore and enjoy the nearby attractions easily.

Some of the staff were rude and not very approachable, which put a damper on our experience. We also had an unfortunate incident where our underwear was stolen from our room and the reception staff did not take responsibility or offer any solution.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the port, making it easy to take a leisurely stroll along the beach or a short taxi ride. There is also a supermarket within walking distance, and the nearby petrol station shop is surprisingly well-stocked. the rooms are nice and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

The hotel is situated next to a busy and noisy dual carriageway, and the view opposite the hotel is a bit disappointing, as it overlooks a wasteland. Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to use the large and beautiful pool and garden area in front of the apartments, which can be a disappointment.

The hotel could have better amenities, such as more changing facilities and sun beds. It was disappointing that a minimum spend was required to get a sun bed. Additionally, the hotel did not accommodate a later check-out time despite the availability of rooms, which was inconvenient.

One minor issue during my stay.

The rooms are well-designed with mood lighting in the ceilings and amazing rainshowers in the bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, even going as far as arranging taxis for guests. The food at the hotel is good, with dishes like the delicious Pasta Alfredo. The pool area is a nice place to relax during the day.

The location of the hotel is quite inconvenient, as it is not near the centre of Puerto Banus and is just off the motorway, resulting in a lot of noise.

I had such a fantastic stay at Sisu Boutique! The atmosphere was electric, with amazing events and a great vibe throughout my time there. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always friendly and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to Pepe, the taxi driver, who took us to and from the airport and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and the rooms were fabulous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Located outside Port, clean, free parking. Nespresso machine, big TV in room. Room cleaned anytime, friendly staff, 24/7 bar. Tennis club next door. Breakfast and security were great. Amazing staff helped a friend in an accident, took us to hospital for free. Checking on us daily. Clean, delicious food, awesome parties. Will return.

I appreciated the convenience of the wristband keys, as it eliminated the hassle of dealing with traditional key cards. the pool parties were a highlight, well-organized with ample security, contributing to a lively and fun atmosphere.
