Overlooking the sea, the location of this hotel is exceptional. the staff's impeccable service cannot be faulted. the rooms are always kept immaculate by the diligent maids, ensuring a very clean and comfortable stay. the view from our sea view apartment was breathtaking, and the amenities provided, such as the fridge in the room, added to the convenience. the food at the hotel was excellent, with plenty of choices for every meal. the all-inclusive option was great value, offering a variety of drinks and a generous portion size. the hotel provided plenty of hand sanitizers in public areas, ensuring guests' safety.

The views were stunning, snorkeling was enjoyable, and the pools were large. The food choices were plenty, and drinks were included. There was a bus stop right outside for easy access to the city.

The hotel is situated on a breathtaking cliff-face, with stunning beaches just a short walk away. The clear waters and snorkeling opportunities were a highlight. The hotel pools were large and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. The entertainment staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was rather mediocre, and after a few days it became repetitive. Some of the amenities were not well-maintained, with visible finger marks and scratched plates.

Exceptional staff, wide range of activities, incredible food, beautiful location, can't wait to return with friends!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location near the beach couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to a stunning little beach with crystal clear waters for snorkeling. The hotel pools were also a highlight, especially the huge main pool. The staff here were outstanding - so friendly and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond, even when I wasn't feeling well, making sure I had everything I needed. The range of activities offered was impressive, ensuring that I was never bored. I also loved the food - there was such a wide range of quality dishes every single day. I already can't wait to come back next year!

We also enjoyed the variety of food options available, with something for everyone. Location wise, it was great being able to easily access the beach and coastal walks from the hotel.

The cocktails were not very good, with too much alcohol that made them undrinkable. some of the staff had a moody attitude.

We stayed at Alua for 7 days and absolutely loved it. The sea view apartment was bliss, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety for every meal. The pool bar had a great selection of food and drinks, and the all-inclusive package was excellent value. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and there was plenty of entertainment throughout the day. The views from the hotel were stunning, and we enjoyed snorkelling in the nearby alcove. we had a fantastic stay.

the facilities were great and always kept clean, including the large pool area with multiple bars. the hotel is situated overlooking the sea, offering a beautiful view. the rooms were clean and well-maintained by the maids. the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was impressive, with a good variety of options.
