We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially towards our two-year-old daughter. The hotel's gym activities in the morning, such as pilates, aqua gym, and yoga, were a great way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful green gardens surrounding the swimming pool. It created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that enhanced our comfort. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, both in the morning and evening, and the second restaurant provided a peaceful dining experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services provided here make it a perfect choice for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's beautiful surroundings, with well-kept gardens, created a tropical oasis that made me feel like I was truly on vacation. The poolside bar and grass area outside the swimming pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The hotel's location was convenient, and with a car, it was easy to explore nearby attractions, such as La Orotava and Mount Teide. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

The hotel had a lovely pool area with a variety of activities available, such as yoga and aqua aerobics. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and there was an option to have unlimited drinks with dinner for a small charge. The rooms were clean and spacious, and it was convenient to have the pool just steps away.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. The entertainment was not very enjoyable and seemed more geared towards certain nationalities.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with a spacious room and nice facilities. The location was quiet and green, and not too far from the city center. The staff, especially Georgiana and David, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast. It could have been improved to ensure the dishes were served hot and replenished promptly.
