The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with stunning views of the picturesque landscape. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests. The on-site restaurant offers a varied menu at reasonable prices, and the spa area leaves a good impression.

The hotel is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with high quality furniture and comfortable beds. the bathroom was great, and we loved the large terrace with its nice view. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym and spa facilities were excellent. the half-board menu had great choices, including gluten-free options. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with homemade bread. If you're visiting Tenerife, this hotel is a must-stop!

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and organic practices was evident throughout. The food was absolutely lovely and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We were also pleased to see the restoration of the growing terraces, which will hopefully provide food in the future. The overall experience was exceptional.

The hotel is in a peaceful location above the village, surrounded by pine forests. the room was extremely comfortable with a separate sitting room and a balcony facing south. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed the spa facilities, including a relaxing swim and sauna after a day of walking. a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The hotel is located far from the city centre, making it challenging to access nearby attractions without your vehicle. the lack of on-site activities means that you may feel bored and unstimulated if you don't have any plans to explore the city or surrounding areas.

That there were a few signs of wear and tear in the hotel, such as visible bare wires in our room. the main lobby felt a bit cluttered with too many dying plants.
