i wanted to love this place, but the bed was like sleeping on the ground, literally! ? i mean, how is that acceptable after paying so much? plus, the noise from neighbors was unbearable, greeting the morning after listening to partying till dawn. i expected a complimentary upgrade, is that too much to ask? ! disgustingly disappointing.

My stay in ibiza was made even better by the fantastic proximity to so many attractions, like dalt vila just under 1.5 km away for some breathtaking views and the beautiful figueretas beach only a short walk of about 800 meters where i could just relax and enjoy the scenery. overall, the hotel was perfect for my weekend strolls and the rooftop views promised some quiet time away from the lively town below.

I almost gave a good review, but the beds had me sleeping on the floor with back pain. The reception staff clearly couldn't care less about helping me explore the island. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my painstaking troubles, but I guess I woudl be treated like everyone else. Absoluteley disappointing.
