the staff provided an outstanding service, always ensuring we were comfortable. the Sun terrace is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy stunning views. the room was equipped with exclusive facilities that made the stay even more comfortable. In, room breakfast was abundant and provided high, quality food.

The noise from the street was bothersome but definitely not a deal, breaker. Despite this minor issue, the luxurious setting made us forget about it quickly.

The colonial-style architecture and stylish interior decoration, including beautiful artwork, create a pleasant ambiance. The spacious and quiet rooms have all necessary amenities, and the comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The location in the historic area, close to the cathedral, is ideal. The excellent breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh and delicious options. The friendly and attentive staff provide a welcoming experience.

The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly and courteous. the location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to several restaurants and cafes. the hotel has a great design and interior which adds to the charming and relaxed atmosphere of the city.

The comfort of the rooms was quite lacking, the pillows were thin and flat which made sleeping difficult. the hot water boiler located inside the room was very noisy and disruptive, making it hard to find peace in our own room.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, right in the heart of the old town and next to the Cathedral, making it convenient to explore the city center. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a private patio offering a fantastic view of the Cathedral. The breakfast served in the restaurant was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay.

There was one minor inconvenience during the check-in and check-out process, as it was done in the restaurant over the counter. This meant dragging luggage between tables and feeling slightly awkward.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of the historic city. The room had a spacious balcony that was perfect for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. I can't wait to return!
