I had an amazing time at Summerland Apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly helpful, giving me great recommendations for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay in Rota!

I got great value for my money at Summerland Apartments in Rota. The room was perfect and had everything I needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and city center. The staff treated me exceptionally well, providing helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions.

I had a wonderful experience at Summerland Apartments. the apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped. the manager, Lucia Guzman, was very welcoming and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great time in Rota. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and walking trails, as well as a smart way to enjoy Cadiz. the location of the apartment was perfect, within walking distance to town, just a block from the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. I was so impressed that I have already booked it again for next year.

Our stay at Summerland Apartments was superb! We loved the clean and well-maintained apartment, and even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location in Rota was great, with clean streets and a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful time, especially since it was quiet in December. we highly recommend this place.

It would have been nice if there were more dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, sugar, and salt available.
