the location was great, although there is an electric train line nearby which may not be suitable for everyone. the hotel had evening entertainment every day, making it a great option if you want to stay in. the staff at Sumus Hotel Monteplaya & Spa 4Sup - Adults Only were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Oscar from Customer Services, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the breakfast and lunch selection was excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. it was a fantastic hotel experience.

Poor room maintenance and limited amenities. the rooms need more attention in terms of maintenance, some of the room features were not working properly.

The hotel had a good location near shops, restaurants, the beach, and train station. The breakfast was rich and varied, with a good variety of food. The staff was courteous and friendly, especially in the dining room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with good sound isolation.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the main shopping strip and just a few steps away from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of amenities available, such as the car hire service and the on-site spa & wellness centre. we felt truly pampered and enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms, great balcony views. Perfectly located near the beach. Amazing buffet with variety for breakfast and dinner. Courteous staff, safe and mini-fridge available. Good-sized pool with jacuzzi, sun terrace, and plenty of seating. Excellent food, toiletries, and daily housekeeping. Lifts in reception, easy access to the beach. Entertainment in lounge bar every night.

our christmas party at the hotel in malgrat de mar was incredible. sumus hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful rooms, excellent food, and friendly staff. the location near the beach and train station was perfect. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.
