the location was perfect, with the subway station, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace all within walking distance. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel was spotless. We especially loved the charming decor and the cute little balcony in our room. Even though there was no elevator, the convenience and charm of the place made it worth it.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms are impressively clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs and provide excellent customer service.

It would be ideal if the check-in and check-out times could be more flexible, allowing for earlier arrival and later departure when possible.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Roof terrace suite at Thc Tirso Molina and it was excellent. the room was cleaned every day by the attentive staff. the location is perfect, with only a 2-minute walk to Tirso de Molina train station. We found the staff to be very friendly and English-speaking, and they were available 24/7 at the reception. the room, although small, was convenient and clean, and the mattress and pillows provided a comfortable sleep. there are plenty of convenience and breakfast shops in the area, making it easy to find whatever you need.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 🙌

They made check-in a breeze and even went above and beyond by carrying our luggage to our room. the location couldn't be better, with restaurants, cafes, and groceries just a stone's throw away. Plus, the metro station was conveniently located within a 2-minute walk, making it easy to explore the entire city.
