I got amazing value for my money at the Book Factory. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing facilities, with a lovely eating area and good kitchen. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hostel had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The shower cubicles could benefit from having a shelf or hook for toiletries, and a hand dryer or paper towels in the bathroom would have been useful. some noise could be heard from the corridor, which was a minor inconvenience.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the main shopping district and within walking distance of Plaza Major. Modern and stylish hostel with a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor is a great bonus, offering good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Lack of a sense of community, especially for solo travelers. It would have been nice to have more opportunities to interact with other guests and make new friends.
