The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They stored my luggage when I arrived early and even checked me out the night before my early flight, providing breakfast and coffee. The hostel also offers daily visits to different parts of the city, which was a great way to explore. Plus, the location was convenient, being close to the port and the old city.

The bunks were a bit small and the pillows were flat. However, I think I could have requested an extra pillow if I had asked.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the nightly dinners and the friendly atmosphere at the hostel. It was great to have a communal dinner with other guests, which made it easy to meet new people and make friends. The location of the hostel was also a big plus, being close to bars, clubs, and walking tours. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and made sure that there was always something to see and do.

One downside was that the metal ladders to the bunk beds were quite loud and would make a lot of noise when someone climbed up. This could be disruptive, especially if there were drunk people staying at the hostel.

Linda, who is known as the mom of the hostel, treated everyone with kindness and respect. the bar and club tours were a blast, with GiGi and Martin being amazing guides. the daily guided tours and activities were a great way to explore the city and meet other travelers. the hostel also offers a delicious family-style dinner every evening and the staff, especially Antía, Thais, and Agus, were extremely friendly and helpful.
