Great location with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. the apartment was clean, spacious, and well, maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the peacefulness despite being centrally located.

The arrangements for key pick, up were inconvenient, as we had to walk to a different location to check in. the kitchen appliances were lacking, with a shortage of glasses and bowls.

The apartment was clean with enough space for 4 people plus balcony from both bedrooms. Great location - 10 mins from the beach and arts hotel, with a lovely 20min walk through to the gothic area and Ramblas past a large park and victory arch. Safety and security were excellent, allowing freedom to come and go without interruption. Noisy holiday makers in the hallway or outside were not a problem. No need to wake up early for breakfast or room cleaning. The locality was ideal for the marina and beach. The metro was a short walk away, but we preferred to use taxis.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

The high view from my apartment was truly impressive, and the location was convenient with the metro station not far away. I also appreciated the complimentary six coffees provided.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some maintenance and fixes like a broken door and a mold stain, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.
