The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the beach and offers beautiful views. The beach sunbeds provide a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the seaside. The main restaurant is particularly pleasing, offering a great dining experience with a variety of delicious options.

Some staff members do not speak foreign languages, which may make communication difficult for international guests.

The views from the clean and spacious rooms are breathtaking. Fresh and varied breakfast options provided with attentive and helpful staff.

What a great time we had! the incredible views and spacious rooms were just the beginning of a memorable stay. the food selection was delicious and the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We loved the resort's location, close to different attractions, and the large spa gave us the perfect opportunity to relax.

Despite our overall amazing experience, we noticed some aspects that could be improved. the towels provided for the sun beds were short, so we had to keep arranging them.

The staff was always helpful and welcoming, spacious and well-equipped rooms with modern decor, fantastic beachfront location, excellent variety of dining options, relaxing spa facilities.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a large bathroom that had a luxurious bathtub perfect for couples. The staff was friendly and attentive, always wearing a smile and ready to help. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant with excellent food, and the room service was prompt. The balcony provided a great place to relax and enjoy a drink before dinner.

The view from some of the balconies on the third floor was restricted by the roofs of the family villas. It would be better to request a higher room for a better view.

The suite we stayed in at Oasis By Don Carlos Resort was absolutely stunning. The design was modern and elegant, and the huge balcony provided breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious facilities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness centre offered a range of exclusive amenities, including a sauna, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the beach access was a bonus. the breakfast was delicious, and the outdoor dining area was a pleasant setting to start the day.

The service at the concierge desk was a little underwhelming, as they were not as informative as we had expected. This minor issue was quickly forgotten, as we were able to enjoy the hotel's heated swimming pool, spa lounge and beauty treatments.
