Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, excellent location, comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast buffet.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely and the spa area, including the pool and sauna, was very good. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, being a short walk to both the city center and the beach.

Absolutely nothing.

As two friends traveling together, we stayed in a twin room at Westin. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a salt pool and a Turkish bath/sauna, which were very relaxing. We also enjoyed drinks outside in the beautiful garden/terrace. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations. The concierges were lovely, the bar area and courtyard were well-kept and nice, and the room was large and well-equipped. a modern, five-star hotel with excellent facilities.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and spacious common areas. It was great to relax and explore the surroundings. the breakfast service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff. Special thanks to the trainee who went above and beyond. the front desk staff were also very helpful, providing useful tips for our stay. the spa pool was a perfect temperature and size, offering a great place to unwind.

The service at dinner in one of the restaurants was spotty, depending on the waiter. the location of the kitchen made it hard to maintain efficiency.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long flight and was pleasantly surprised when they offered me an early check-in. Within 30 minutes, they had a clean room ready for me, even before the normal check-in time. It was such a relief and I was incredibly grateful for their kindness, especially on New Year's Day.

While the hotel staff was accommodating in many aspects, they unfortunately missed the mark when it came to dietary requests. Despite explaining in advance that we had a vegan in our group and specifying what she could not eat, her breakfast included yogurt with milk and a croissant with butter.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our every need was taken care of. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center. We loved the beautiful sitting out area with the trees and flower beds, it was a great place to relax. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a varied menu to choose from. We were also impressed with the well-equipped gym and the free spa facilities. we had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were the best aspects of my stay. the central location made it easy to explore the city, with public transportation conveniently nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that ensured a great start to each day.

On the downside, some of the facilities seemed a bit outdated, especially the technical equipment in the bathrooms. the noise from the main street was also a drawback, and I found it disruptive at times.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with a free room upgrade, prosecco on arrival, and an exceptional breakfast dessert. The design, interior, and view were perfect. The jacuzzi on our balcony was an amazing gift. The eco-friendly policy and beautiful garden added to the overall experience. Thanks to the staff for making our anniversary memorable.

In addition, the hotel had a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city.

There were a few things that were not up to par. the hotel could use some renovations as it felt a bit outdated.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, with a terrace and a nice bathroom. the building is beautiful and the courtyard provides a great location for outdoor dining. the singer during the Saturday evening dinner added to the wonderful experience. the concierges were helpful and the breakfast hosts were attentive.

Some noise from the street outside as the windows were not soundproof. the breakfast had some issues with smoke and burning in the kitchen.
