Excellent facilities, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great variety of food, spacious rooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful rooftop bar with an amazing view and a range of activities for all ages. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool with its relaxing whirlpool.

While the hotel had plenty of sun beds, the outdoor pool was a little cold for our liking. the lifts were small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to navigate between floors at busy times.

Helpful and kind staff. Upgraded to a larger room with sea view. Variety of pools and a sky bar. Cleaning staff were attentive. Great amenities including spa, tennis court, and paddle tennis courts.

We recently stayed at a hotel with a young baby and were pleased with the location. It was easy to access with a coach and close to a beautiful beach. The bus stops were conveniently located nearby, making it simple to explore the area. We enjoyed strolling down the beach, which had a lovely promenade lined with plenty of great shops. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom provided enough privacy despite its see-through glass door. The service was attentive, and the breakfast offered a great selection. the hotel had excellent facilities and advantageous room features.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was quite slow, making it difficult to use in the room.

The area surrounding this place is absolutely lovely, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The hotel provides various services such as car hire, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and provide the best service I have ever experienced. From the barman to the receptionists, everyone goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a wonderful stay.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was truly impressed by the fantastic facilities and amenities. The rooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The selection of food at mealtime was unbelievable, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The bar staff was brilliant, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The views from the room were sensational, especially since I opted for a sea view. I also had the opportunity to make use of the excellent facilities, such as the pools and kids club. The staff at the kids club were absolutely brilliant, ensuring my child had a wonderful time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always kept the room clean. The hotel had excellent facilities, including 4 pools, one of which was specifically for children and very secure. The drinks were of excellent quality and the cocktails were made fresh to order. The breakfast had a separate gluten-free corner with a variety of options. The hotel also accommodated special diets. The food was freshly cooked and there was a lot of choice. The location was perfect for the cycling I wanted to do and there was a direct bus to and from the airport.

The combination of natural environments and exuberant gardens with all the culinary desires covered in the 3 bars and 3 restaurants. The contemporary style of the rooms perfectly combines with the wellness center and fitness area.

I just loved being limited to only two drinks at the bar, it really added to the exclusivity of the experience.

bg tonga tower in can picafort surpassed my expectations! the hotel was spotlessly clean, had excellent facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the all-inclusive package included branded drinks. the food was delicious with a wide variety of options, including a special gluten-free corner at breakfast.
