Hotel Tropic Relax was a great option for a peaceful holiday in Benidorm, away from the center's hustle and bustle. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely beach just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

Who needs entertainment in English? The Spanish entertainment at Hotel Tropic Relax was just amazing!

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and had a great experience. the room was clean and had a balcony which offered beautiful views. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the beach and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

That the entertainment was mainly in Spanish, which made it difficult for us to understand. Another drawback was the lack of English TV channels.

Good welcome and room allocation. Rooms were sufficient. Bar staff were friendly. Housekeeping was efficient.

The hotel was excellent value for money, with clean and tidy rooms. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The location was convenient, near the beach, shops, and a short bus ride into Benidorm.

The sunbeds by the pool were uncomfortable and could use improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, Tropic. the bedrooms and bathroom were lovely, with a comfortable bed and extra pillows available. the location was convenient for bus routes and local shopping outlets. the reception staff were excellent and the friendliness extended throughout my stay. the manager and her staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and relaxation. the housekeeping team kept my room clean every day. the food was delicious and offered a variety of Spanish hot and cold buffet options. the added bonus was the option to eat at the sister hotel, Alone, which was just across the road. the staff, who spoke very good English, provided entertainment every night. the nearby Finestrate beach was beautiful, with plenty of cafe and restaurant options. the regular buses made it easy to explore the Old Town and New Town areas.
