The hotel staff were extra friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, secure, and quiet. The suite had a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and a handy kitchenette. The hotel had stylish Art Deco design throughout.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, just a street back from the main area on the beach. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a beautiful garden area with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi. The beach was just a short walk away, and the hotel even provided beach umbrellas. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is situated near the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it is close to the hippy market, providing a unique shopping experience. Despite being in close proximity to the nightlife, the hotel is located on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Moreover, the hotel's close proximity to the airport makes it convenient for travelers.

Some guests have reported that the pool area is small and not as depicted in the pictures.

We had a fantastic stay at Tropicana Ibiza Suites. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from allowing early check-in to helping with credit card issues. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities like air conditioning and a Marshall sound system. The hotel's vibrant decor added to the fun atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and popular nightclubs like Ushuaia and Hi. We also loved that we could use the facilities at sister hotels, especially Santos. we highly recommend this cool and hip hotel for a memorable stay in Ibiza.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the spacious and modern rooms. The daily servicing of the rooms was a great convenience. The pool area playing great music added a vibrant touch to our stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the location was perfect for easy access to all the best clubs.

The hotel has a great location, just minutes away from the beach and close to popular party spots. the quirky and fun decor adds character to the place. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had useful amenities such as a kitchenette, fridge, and kettle.

The ramp at the entrance of the hotel was very slippery and posed a safety hazard. On the last day, there was no private shower available for the departing guests, which was highly embarrassing.

The food and drink options were fantastic, and we even had access to other hotels within the brand, with Santos being our favorite. Brilliant set up with excellent location and style. Rooms have everything you need, brilliant space and layout, cool design. Perfect location for our stay too. We loved lounging by the pool and taking a dip in the water. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and other attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. the hotel offers great amenities and a fantastic atmosphere.

Housekeeping was poor, as we found the area under the beds to be quite disgusting with empty wrappers and thick dust. the bar area had slow service, and on one occasion, it took 40 minutes to get our sangria.
