the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. The comfortable and nicely furnished room exceeded our expectations given the exterior of the hotel. The close proximity to the airport and the regular shuttle service were convenient for our early morning departure. Despite being next to a busy road, we surprisingly didn't experience any noise disturbance from the airport.

The airport transfer was a complete mess. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, they ignored all our messages and didn't provide the promised shuttle service.

I chose this hotel because it included a transfer, which was convenient for my early flight. The location was close to the airport, making the taxi fare reasonable. The standard room was spacious with a large shower and toilet. The swimming pool was a nice surprise. Additionally, there were car rental agencies located within a 5-minute walk.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with bunk beds for the kids and a king bed for the parents. There was plenty of closet space, lots of pillows, and a large bathroom. The airport shuttle pick-up was convenient, and the staff at the hotel and the airport were helpful and friendly. The gym was well-equipped, and the hotel room was incredibly clean and spacious. it was a very good hotel and we would choose to stay here again when in Valencia.

For us, the breakfast room was nice and spacious, but the hot food had been sitting for a while and didn't look appetizing. The staff in the breakfast room didn't acknowledge our presence or provide helpful service.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything at this hotel near the airport. The location was really close to the airport, making it super convenient for my travels. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, supermarket, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel facilities were topnotch, with a restaurant that stayed open until 11 and a bar until 12. The bar staff were very accommodating. The location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the airport and the hotel even offered a good airport transfer service. The room was surprisingly quiet, considering it was on a busy street. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the bathroom had a great shower. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide selection that catered to all my needs.

We stayed at Port Azafata Valencia for one night before catching an early flight. The hotel's location near the airport was fantastic, just a 15-minute and €15 journey to the center of Valencia. The room was clean, spacious, and even had extra amenities like toiletries and small toys for the kids. The super-sized double beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kids loved their bunk beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting activities for our limited time in Valencia and arranging a taxi for us. The free airport shuttle was convenient, running every 15 minutes. a fabulous stay!

We loved the proximity of this place to the airport runway which provided us with an incredible view. The staff at the reception desk of this venue were always friendly and eager to help us in any way possible. The dining restaurant and lobby bar provided a great selection of food and drinks. The leisure facilities like the sauna and swimming pool are great for relaxing after a long day. The free airport shuttle service is a great perk that travelers will appreciate.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone who is in need of convenience, comfort and luxury without any worrying about pets or smoking as it is strictly prohibited here.

Great value for our money, the room was comfortable and the location near the airport was convenient. The staff at Port Azafata were lovely and made us feel special on my boyfriend's birthday.

The breakfast option could have been improved, but overall our stay was fantastic.
