The location was great, within walking distance of the city center and attractions like the Royal Palace and Placa Espana. Although it felt slightly removed from the city center, the hotel was well-located for those arriving by car.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Madrid. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to Principe Pio station and easy access to all the sights and attractions. The hotel itself is situated in a relatively quiet area, which was great for a peaceful night's sleep, but still close to everything I wanted to see and do.

Our thanksgiving stay was nice overall with a special vibe of a student dormitory complex. the bed was comfy and larger than a standard single bed. the location was good, with the city center just within walking distance. I enjoyed the large public areas on the first floors, with plenty of comfy spots to sit with a laptop, and a friendly staff. the WiFi Internet was good, both in the public areas and in the room.

The room was quite small and lacked proper storage as there were no cupboards. the cleanliness was not up to expectations, as the carpet was quite dusty and not vacuumed for days.
