I absolutely loved my stay at this amazing hotel! The rooftop area with a pool was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was great, with a good mix of people. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, which is a big plus for someone like me who is usually picky about this.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, being close to the subway and just a stone's throw away from the royal Palace of Madrid. The service here was top-notch, with attentive room service and excellent housekeeping. We were also impressed by the range of amenities available, such as the terrace, flat-screen TV, and dining restaurant. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop pool, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and comfort provided.

The hotel's location near Principé Pio station was perfect for exploring the city, with the Royal Palace just a short walk away. The gym was pretty decent and the pool area was nice enough to spend a few hours in. Its proximity to the popular spots in town was also a lifesaver during peak hour traffic. One of the best aspects was the breakfast spread which we gorged on every single day.

Wow, where do I start? the lighting in the room was perhaps the worst I have ever seen and we needed a torch to navigate through the dark.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. The location was convenient for our meeting. The pool area was a bit crowded, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the young man at the bar was extremely kind and understanding. The maintenance team quickly resolved a problem with the toilet. I would recommend this hotel.
