The staff member working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and the dining area had a charming atmosphere. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast in my room with no extra charge. Another great feature was the shared kitchen on site, which proved to be useful during my stay. The size of the room was very good, providing ample space for me to relax and unwind. my experience at Umma Barcelona B&B Boutique was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others.

While the overall experience at Umma Barcelona B&B Boutique was positive, there were a few drawbacks. The room I was assigned had some issues, including noise from people coming back to the lounge area and a strong smell resembling a sewage issue.

This hotel is great value for money, located in a really good area in the center of Barcelona. The attention to detail is impressive, from the nice bathroom in the rooms to the window that can be opened for fresh air. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is served just by the place where it is served.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a really good area. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the main attractions. It was great to be in such close proximity to a City Tour Bus station, making it easy to explore Barcelona. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you would need. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony in my room, which provided a nice space to relax. One of the highlights was the breakfast included in the price, with a good selection of food served just by the place where breakfast was served.

Everything was spot on, no improvements needed.

The breakfast provided was continental and although it was nice to have it included, we found ourselves opting for the delicious bakeries nearby instead. However, the option to choose from a variety of breakfasts would have been a great addition.

There were noticeable dirt and dust on the floor and under the beds, which made us question the overall hygiene of the place. The presence of mold in the shower joints and on the shower head was also off-putting.

The location was great, walking distance to some tourist attractions and with nearby bus transport. The contact with the staff was clear and quick both before the trip and during our stay.

The air conditioning in the room was centralized and could not be adjusted due to EU regulations, which made it a bit hot to sleep comfortably.
