Great location by the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Berta. Good food options, though not as good as last year. Rumor has it there will be refurbishments next year, adding air con to all rooms and an outdoor pool. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a small port nearby. We enjoyed beautiful views from the rooftop terrace/bar and soaked up the sun on the sun terrace. The hotel offers a range of amenities and services, including car hire, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a balcony or terrace to relax on. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional comfort and quality services for your family, we highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Universal in Mallorca! The beaches in the area were breathtaking, and we enjoyed renting a car to explore the stunning places nearby. The 4-hour boat trip was a highlight and great value for money. The location and our room were excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also appreciated how they quickly resolved a small issue with our room by moving us to a nicer one.

I do recommend this hotel.

I really got my money's worth at Universal Hotel Perla. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea and beach. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants around. The staff treated me exceptionally well, providing fast and professional service with a smile.

One small suggestion to improve breakfast would be to offer a greater variety of options.

Great food selection and friendly staff. Loved the proximity to the beach and the stunning views from the rooftop bar. the festive decorations were a nice touch and added to the holiday atmosphere.

The rooms were a bit cramped and could have been cleaner. the Wi-Fi was expensive and unreliable.
